BBQ & Brews Express Train Ride
Thursday Night - Sept 4th - 5:00pm to 7:00pmWe invite you to enjoy an evening on Wailin Wayne’s BBQ & Brews Express train ride as it travels through the Hocking Hills of Southeast Ohio.The Wailin Wayne BBQ & Brews Express is a 2-hour, round trip excursion through historic southeast Ohio back-country from Nelsonville to East Logan. The train will pick you up & drop you off directly across from the Wailin Wayne event site.Each ticket includes a serving of delicious mouth watering BBQ chicken wings, with your choice of beer, soda or water. ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED. (Limited to the first 150 passengers - Children Under 16 Are FREE *Children must be accompanied by an adult*)
TRAINING REBATES: The riding clinics offered at Wailin’ Wayne Weekend are already a great value, but you may be able to further reduce the cost of training with a Paul B. rebate from the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America Foundation. Join International Women's GS Trophy Team Member Jocelin Snow for a 1 Day "Advanced" women's training clinic. Learn the techniques and riding tips that helped Jocelin compete in Mongolia 🇲🇳

Jocelin Snow will be joining us again and will be offering a Women's Adventure Rider Training Clinic. The curriculum used is specifically designed by Jocelin and her experience as a member on the International Women's GS Trophy Team. This training will focus on the premise of the four cornerstones to safe and successful adventure riding: • Balance. • Control • Judgment • Attitude Level 1 & Level 2 curriculum have been proven effective in helping riders improve their skills and in changing habits to allow them to safely and efficiently conquer rough terrain. Following your training, you will discover that any one of these cornerstones can get you through almost any situation you might encounter during your adventures. A complete breakdown of each cornerstone and its particular value is provided in your training sessions.
2 Day TAARA Training Clinic
TAARA, Tom Asher Adventure Rider Academy, is an adventure motorcycle riding school that teaches real-world techniques that can be applied to real-world adventures. This is an opportunity to learn essential off-road skills and techniques based on the Adventure. Tom is offering a two-day training event to give you the confidence needed to handle your motorcycle when you leave the pavement behind. A member of Team USA in the 2016 GS Trophy, Tom has over 15 years' experience developing skills designed specifically for large adventure bikes in off-road conditions, and also has extensive experience in off-road motorcycle racing.
D.A.R.T Advanced Training Clinic - Saturday. 9:30am - 3:30pm

Embark on a thrilling motorcycle adventure through the scenic on-road and off-road landscapes of Southeast Ohio. This unique scavenger hunt will test your wit, observation skills, and knowledge of the local area. Well, even if you don’t know the local area, you’ll be able to chart your way to success if you’re skilled enough! As you navigate the course, you'll be guided by a series of riddles and clues that will lead you to twelve secret checkpoints.This is a team effort with a maximum of four members per team. We will cap the total number of teams at 15. The members of the first-place team will each be awarded a prize of $100.100% of registration fee will be added to the Rally Charity Donations.

We’ll be offering special WWW ticket cost reimbursements, gift cards, t-shirts, extra door prize tickets, and WWW Jerseys for different levels of volunteering (3 to 6 hours shifts per day - as many days as you would like ;-)

Calling all medical superheroes! We need your first aid magic in our tent to tackle any bumps and bruises our adventurous riders might pick up while conquering the trails!
We’re on the hunt for some charismatic bartenders to pour the brews and charm the socks off our guests into donating to our awesome sponsored charities!
The Kid’s Tent Volunteer is the popcorn wizard, keeping those buttery kernels popping all night long while making sure the movies roll on, serving up non-stop giggles and thrills for everyone!
The Gofer... you’ll be the go-to guru for "Go For This, Go For That!" When something's needed at the rally, we’ll be calling in you, the volunteer extraordinaire! It's the perfect gig to keep you buzzing throughout the day or night!
The Merchandise Volunteer/s have some serious charm work ahead of them! They might even have to do a little begging to score some legendary door prizes from moto industry companies. These prizes are to be tossed into the laps of some lucky Wailin Wayne attendees! Let the prize-hunting games begin!

The Refreshment Volunteer Extraordinaire is on a mission to keep a watchful eye on the icy water and fizzy soda levels, ensuring everyone stays quenched and ready to Braaap!!!
The Technical Support wizard works his/her magic, making seminar videos and microphones come alive, so everyone can see and hear the presentations like a spellbinding show!
The Ride Captain oversees Follow-Me-Rides and their ride leaders, ensuring that all Wailin Wayne attendees know their chosen adventure. They help participants locate their ride leader, preventing confusion and ensuring a smooth and adventurous experience.

Wailin Wayne has implemented a change regarding refund requests this year. All refunds will now be processed exclusively through a "Third Party" Purchase Protection program.
For those who request a refund but DID NOT select the Purchase Protection program, Wailin Wayne will offer vouchers for future rallies, provided that the request is made at least 15 days prior to the rally's start date.
